1) Fill in the PDF form below. Save the fully and correctly completed form. Send it together with a scan of your purchase invoice to freecalibration@futech-tools.com. As soon as we receive your email, we will send you a confirmation email.
2) Print out the confirmation e-mail together with the completed form and keep them together with your purchase invoice.
3) Bring your FUTECH PARA to your FUTECH dealer within one year of purchase, together with the printed email, the completed form and your purchase invoice.
Your dealer will send your laser to the FUTECH service centre. If your request is complete and correct, the FUTECH service centre will calibrate your device free of charge and return it to your FUTECH dealer.
