Article 1 - Organisation
This action is organised by LASETO SA, hereinafter referred to as FUTECH.
Article 2 - Conditions
To benefit from a free callibration, a complete application must be made within 3 months of purchase (counting from the date indicated on the purchase invoice of your device). The application form (available via a QR code on the box of participating devices) must be filled in correctly. The purchase invoice of the device must be attached legibly via scan to the application. If the form is filled in correctly, you will receive a confirmation of your application. This confirmation is not an approval of your application.
Please bring your appliance to your FUTECH dealer on time. Include the purchase invoice and a printout of the confirmation email in the case of your device. The date and email address of the confirmation email should be clearly legible on the printout. Allow transport time for your device to be delivered to the FUTECH service centre. Your device should arrive within the first year of purchase.
The FUTECH service centre will check the validity of your application: the application form must be completed correctly and on time; the scan of the purchase invoice sent in and the copy of the purchase invoice accompanying the appliance are identical and clearly indicate the device in question; the serial number on the device and in the application are identical; you bring your device to your FUTECH dealer on time; the device is delivered to the FUTECH service centre within the first year after the purchase... If all the conditions are met, the free callibration will be carried out.

Article 3 - Exclusion
FREE CALIBRATION EXCLUSIVELY APPLICABLE TO DEVICES SOLD IN BELGIUM, THE NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG AND GERMANY.
FUTECH may exclude any person from participating in the action at any time if they do not comply with the conditions of participation provided for in Article 2, or in case of suspected fraud or abuse.
Article 4 - Force majeure
If a legal or structural change, a case of force majeure or any change beyond the control of FUTECH prevents the continuation or proper conduct of this action or modifies its essential elements, FUTECH shall be relieved of any commitment.
Article 5 - Modification of the action
The organisers of the action reserve the right to modify the action or its conduct if unforeseen circumstances or circumstances independent of their will warrant it. They cannot be held liable if, due to circumstances beyond their control, the action could be interrupted, postponed or cancelled.
Article 6 - Personal data
The personal data that FUTECH will collect as a result of this promo will not be communicated to third parties, except in the context of Article 4 of these regulations. The new Privacy Act (AVG) applicable since May 2018 will be closely observed.
Article 7 - Possible complaints
Participating in this promo implies the unconditional acceptance of the rules and any decision taken by the organiser. No dispute will be considered by the organiser.
Any complaint relating to this campaign must be sent in writing within one year following the start of the promotional period to the registered office of LASETO NV, with its registered office at Kelderveld 37 in 2500 Lier. No complaints will be dealt with orally or by telephone. Late or non-written complaints will not be considered.
These regulations are subject to Belgian law and any dispute until their application falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mechelen.
Article 8 - General
Damage resulting from the use of the participant's personal data by unauthorised persons can under no circumstances be recovered from the organiser, if the latter has taken all the necessary security measures that can reasonably be expected of him. Participants can in no way hold LASETO NV / FUTECH responsible for any damage resulting from their participation.
